Arthur "Bones" Higgins is a Bone Shadow Rahu currently residing in Fairbanks, Alaska. Before his arrival in Fairbanks in late 2005 he is known to have been active in the city of Darwin, Australia as a member of the Port Authority pack from 1999 till the pack broke up in mid 2004. Prior to his First Change he served as a combat medic in the Royal Marines until he was declared missing in action in late 1998. His current pack, the Boneyard Tramps, claim territory around the Birch Hill area of Fairbanks, Alaska. The nickname "Bones" is attributed to an effigy of the late DeForest Kelley tattooed on his left shoulder.
